What matters to job seekers? Is it really only "fruit Thursdays" and other benefits? We decided to find out by asking about the elements of a potential employer's image that are most important to candidates. The most frequently mentioned factors were a good working atmosphere and the company's financial condition - although we also noticed that different groups of candidates attributed different importance to different elements.

The sample of respondents selected for the study represented the structure of adult residents of Poland. A total of 810 people completed the questionnaires, and the study took place on September 14-15, 2021.
