does anyone know how to make a V2 trigger more responsive without the use of a mosfet?

It depends.
In full auto? Bend the trigger contacts so that they make contact with the trolley sooner, then put some material in the bottom of the gearbox to keep the trigger compressed so it won’t take as much movement to get the trolley in contact.
But this will stop the semiauto cutoff from being able to work.
